Is it possible for someone who grew up on the east coast and is a "Northern prep" to adapt the southern lifestyle and become a true"Southern prep"?

I absolutely believe that someone can adapt to the southern lifestyle! So many things are different according to region: style, food, how you were raised, etc, but being southern prep is a lifestyle choice that can be learned. Just because you are an East Coast Socialite doesn’t mean you can’t be a down south Belle :)
